BSc Emergency and Trauma Care Technology
B.Sc. Emergency and Trauma Care Technology is a 4-year undergraduate program designed to train students in providing immediate medical care during emergencies and trauma situations. The course focuses on developing skills in pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care, resuscitation, trauma management, advanced life support, and the use of life-saving medical equipment.
Students study subjects including human anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, emergency medicine, medical ethics, microbiology, pathology, pharmacology, clinical medicine, emergency equipment handling, and disaster management. Graduates can work as emergency and trauma care technologists, paramedics, or emergency medical technicians in hospitals, ambulance services, trauma centers, and disaster response teams. This program prepares skilled professionals to deliver timely and efficient care in critical medical situations.
